Excitement and Anxiety...

Im so so soooooooo very excited for this new change I'm making in my life. It isn't going to be too hard at least not the diet part but I know the P90x end of it is going to be grueling! I'm a little anxious that I wont lose like I have in the past. I am trying to stay away from the crazy calories... I turned down Girl Scout cookies last night, I'm regretting that right now! Ha ha! I am a very emotional eater and it is multiplied by 50 when I'm bored! But what If I fall off the wagon, I keep telling myself about my new support group in Brandee and Piper that I didn't have before and I did great before! Once again the P90x is going to be grueling and to see it all the way through to the end will be difficult... But I know My girls wont let me fall! Its just random "what ifs?". 10 more days and Its on.... Here we go!

Coming Out...

Hello fellow fatties and Phab obsessives,

My name is Mandi I am 1/3rd of the Phab Girls and the ringleader of this 6 month excursion with my two friends Piper and Brandee. We were talking about our 10 year highschool reunion and how we need to lose weight. We did the typical "I wish"and "I need to shed some pounds" as cliche as it all is, it is a good reason beside the fact that 2 of us have had babies and we are quickly approaching 30. Something has got to give! So we are coming out... April 1st, 2012 it is on like donkey kong!

We are using this Blog to track our progress, Video blog, break down and complain, get excited and to show pictoral and written results. We have eachother as a foundational core accountability group but there is so much more motivation to keep on track if all eyes are on us. I will post our calendars, weekly goals, exercises, and new products we may try in conjunction with our core plans.

To the right of the screen are a list of pages and links I am compiling. They contain different diets, products, and workout routines that we have used, and that I plan to give thorough opinions on. Feel free to check them out so you can officially do your homework and see what is right for you! If we come across a new fad diet we can try it once we are done with our 6 month journey and document our take on it for your viewing pleasure!
