The South Beach Diet

One Of the best Diets out there! It is actually more like a way of life. I lost a good amount of weight on the south beach diet and it made me feel great. It starts out like the Adkins diet with absolutely no carbs not even good carbs, only protein, I usually extended this part of the diet to an extra week or two so I could shed more pounds. In the first week or two the average weight loss is 10-15 pounds... after that you begin to bring in good carbs, portion control and light snacks through out the day to boost you metabolism, it is a steady weight drop to health and hottness! One of My clients went on it to lose some fatty deposits in her liver it worked but there had been difficult moments because she is vegetarian. The book is fairly inexpensive around $10, you can get recipes and such online. They also have a south beach "dining out" book that helps you choose the right restaurant or item off any menu!
