P90x

P90x is probably the best work out I have ever done. I lost inches and toned up almost immediately, granted the first 2 weeks my body was very sore and achy. I bloated from the change in physical activity but soon after (4 or 5 day) my body began to transform, I had more energy, stamina and strength. I felt great! The key to P90x is determination and motivation. Yes it takes an hour of your day but the results are well worth your time! 

A really good thing about P90x is that you can choose what you want for your body you can choose the Lean route, doubles which is more bulk, or classic which is an in between. You are in control of your desired results. 

Ordering it offline can get pricey and though it is very much worth it, purchasing can be a last resort. At first I downloaded it off of limewire... but it was missing like 2 key workouts. Then I borrowed it from a friend and uploaded the workouts to my computer and copied them to DVDs.

Don't worry if you cant get through the whole workout in the beginning days, something is better than nothing. Weeks one and two plyometrics kicked my butt, the first one I did maybe 20 minutes and was huffing and puffing 2 minutes into it and I had to take a lot of 1 minute breaks! The second time I was able to take less breaks and I did 40 minutes. The beauty of the worksheet is that you can really see where you have improved in all areas!

My favorite work out days were the legs and back, shoulders and arms, and kempo!
