This stuff Is amazing! I refer to it as "POO TEA" because it makes you go to the bathroom a lot in the first couple doses. I drank this the day before my wedding and by the end of my wedding night my tight dress was falling off me! The day after that I saw even better results, in retrospect I should have drank it 2 days before my wedding day. This diet can be used short term or long term It detoxes your system removing all the excess water weight, and makes your skin glow! It is amazing! It now comes in tons of flavors and is very affordable. It can cause some cramping before and during the Bathroom experience, but well worth it! I order mine off amazon because it is like $4 for a huge box! But you can get it at any GNC or Vitamin World.
